Lucas composed the drop melody and chords on his mother’s Bösendorfer grand piano with her by his side enjoying his composition. This makes this song very special to him. The creation of this song started that day and grew quickly from there. Together with Adriaan Persons and Haris we wrote the song around the track. The melody always had an anthemic feel to it and the theme of the lyrics really worked perfectly. We had this one finished in maybe two or three days just because of the amount of inspiration we were pulling from the process.
